Refund policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital items, all digital products are final sale. We have a strict NO RETURN / NO REFUND policy on PDF patterns, digital files, templates, and any other downloadable content.


Discounts, Sales & Coupon Codes

Please double-check all coupon codes before completing checkout. Discounts cannot be added or adjusted after an order has been placed.

We are unable to refund, modify, or apply missed coupon codes to past purchases.

Sale prices, sitewide promotions, and special event pricing cannot be applied to previous orders for any reason.

There are no refunds on sitewide sales or special event promotional pricing.

In the rare event an exception is granted at our discretion, a processing fee and a 5% restocking fee will apply. During high-volume sales or promotional events, processing times may be extended.


Eligibility for Returns (Physical Products Only)

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us via email within 7 calendar days of receiving your item. All returned items must be in their original condition, unused or unworn, with tags (if applicable), and in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To start a return, please email contactus@joleeleecreations.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once we receive your item in its original condition, your refund will be issued to your original payment method minus the return shipping cost and a 5% restocking fee.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (special orders, personalized items, custom acrylics)

  • Personal care goods (beauty items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest method is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your eligible return, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method minus the return shipping fee and 5% restocking fee.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund.
