Shipping policy

Please check each item for order processing time.  We make an effort to fulfill orders as quick as possible. Shipping times depend on your location. USPS quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer. 

A majority of items will ship within 10 business days. Personalized (Custom) Orders take 6-8 weeks to create and deliver because they are made to order. 

International Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Joleelee Creations is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. For international shipping options, please contact us contactus@joleeleecreations.com 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide your order number, photos of the package and damaged items with your email. You will be required to keep the damaged items in your possession until the claims process is complete.
