Installation Tips

For best results and a smooth finish, follow these quick tips when installing your strap hardware:

• Prep your strap: Stitch together the raw ends of your strap before sliding on the hardware — this helps guide it through easily and keeps everything aligned.

• Pierce clean holes: Use an awl to make pilot holes through all layers of your material, using the screw holes as a guide. Skipping this step may cause the screws to strip.

• Check your angle: Ensure screws are perpendicular to the hardware. They should go in smoothly — if not, remove and start again.

• Remember: Lefty loosey, righty tighty!
